Annapolis weathered the worst of Sandy pretty well. Back on Peregrine. A few leaks (see Dickie on his knees moping the floor), 41 degrees but electricity is back on and we have a little heat going on–all is well.
Dear friends. Sandy was one of the main news here in France. We all have friends on the East Coast and so, and feeled a bit concerned, but I don’t know many people who have friends intending sailing just now and there! Now that it is passed and there is not too much trouble in the boat, I just envy you. Your boat is just wonderful. Love. Mary.
And now, when are you leaving? do you have still few days off for that? or you are allready on the sea? You started a blog, you have supporters waiting for news…

Thanks, Marie-Laure, or should I see Mary as in, oh, 34 years ago. Can you believe it? Just like yesterday we walked into Jo Smith’s office…

So glad all is well. Keep warm!
I love the little bookshelf on the left!
May – I’ve been thinking about y’all. I’m so glad everyone – and Peregrine – are doing well. Have fun!
